J: Middle age has served me well thus far. A former avowed couch potato with no drive or vision, I have reinvented myself into a fitness fanatic and credentialed health professional in the last six years. Having recently realized I'm at my best when slightly uncomfortable, it only seems reasonable that I should push my limits -- internal, physical, and otherwise. Challenge accepted.
